Senior Coach
An experienced, mission-driven leader who independently delivers training for competitive swimmers across all levels. Requires USA Swimming Coach Membership and strong communication skills.
- Design & lead practices for skill-based training groups
- Mentor Associate Coaches
- Engage families and foster team culture
Associate Coach
A hands-on, part-time coaching role ideal for high school students. Support youth swimmers while gaining valuable leadership experience in a team-first environment.
- Assist with 12-under level practices
- Demonstrate technique and offer feedback
- Encourage young swimmers and promote safety

Hydra Aquatics of Northern Virginia is a USA Swimming member club dedicated to delivering high-quality, developmentally aligned training in a swimmer-first environment. We serve athletes ages 3 to 18+ through a flexible, inclusive team structure designed to foster growth, confidence, and excellence.
