✔ Senior 3 (Sprint & Sprint Plus)
Senior 3 is a flexible, low-commitment training option for swimmers ages 11–18 who are proficient in all four strokes and want to maintain a connection to the sport. This group is ideal for athletes balancing other sports or focusing on sprint events between summer and high school seasons. While competition is optional, swimmers can still access excellent technique instruction and race strategy coaching in a low-pressure environment.
Ideal for: Multi-sport athletes or seasonal swimmers seeking technical growth
Commitment: 2–3x/week, no required meets
ADM Focus: Levels 2–4, inclusive of all swimmers

Senior 2 supports athletes transitioning from Age Group into high-volume senior training. With 3–6 practices per week, this group blends structure and flexibility to support athlete-driven development. They are expected to train consistently and participate in monthly meets during the season.

Commitment: 3–6x/week including morning, evening, and long course sessions
ADM Focus: Levels 3–6

Athletes in Senior 1 are expected to show leadership, self-discipline, and consistent training habits both in and out of the water. Monthly meet attendance is required, and swimmers participate fully in the long course season.
